2. Service description

ThoughtTrack is a thought capture and resurfacing tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or a lifetime purchase.
• Current pricing is displayed in-app and in App Store purchase sheets at time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
• You can restore eligible purchases from within the app.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the content you create. We only process data as needed to provide app functionality according to your settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or unlawfully access app systems.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The apps are provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Old Dog Devs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

8. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of iOS applications is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
